Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your Eternal Roses® arrangement in its original luxury gift box and shipping carton to ensure it is protected during transit.
Refund Processing
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
